All cakes are packaged on dry ice and will be shipped express to ensure quality. Gallery of Goodies’ desserts are shipped Monday through Thursday only; to ensure your order arrives in fresh condition: We only ship cakes by overnight priority delivery. If warm weather conditions (over 74 degrees) exist, we will only ship cakes to certain locations overnight priority delivery. We will contact you if your shipping method needs to be adjusted due to weather conditions so you can authorize the change or make another selection. - Cakes cannot be shipped for Monday arrival.
